These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bdru platform. By registering or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms set out below.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bdru ("bdru", "We", "Us", "the Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdru platform.

bdru reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of bdru following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • Single AccountEach person may hold only one registered account with bdru. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.
  • No VPN or ProxiesThe use of VPNs, proxy servers, anonymisation tools or any technology designed to disguise your actual geographic location while accessing bdru is prohibited. Accounts detected as using such tools may be suspended and balances reviewed.

2. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration and for maintaining the security of your account credentials at all times.

  • Accurate InformationYou must provide true, accurate, current and complete information at the point of registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
  • Account ConfidentialityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdru login credentials — including your mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bdru will never ask you for your password via phone call, SMS or email.
  • Account ResponsibilityYou are responsible for all activity that occurs under your bdru account, including all bets placed and all deposits made, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify bdru support immediately.
  • KYC Verificationbdru may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage of your relationship with the platform — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Required documents may include a national ID card, passport or driving licence.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdru are processed through the payment methods listed below. Players in Bangladesh may use mobile wallet services and international card networks as supported at the time of the transaction.

  • Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider. Standard mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within minutes of approval for verified accounts.
  • CurrencyAll transactions on bdru are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the player.
  • No Money Launderingbdru complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits must be made using funds that belong to you and originate from legitimate sources. bdru reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its AML compliance procedures.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bdru offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion.

  • Wagering RequirementsAll bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Bonus funds and bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
  • One Bonus Per PlayerWelcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per player, per household and per payment method. Operating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once is a prohibited activity and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
  • Bonus ExpiryBonus funds expire if not used within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account balance without notice. Ensure you read the expiry terms of each promotion before accepting any bonus.
  • Bonus AbuseAny attempt to exploit, abuse or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using prohibited staking patterns or coordinating bonus exploitation across multiple accounts — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings and possible account suspension.
Note: bdru reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotion availability may vary based on the player's location, account status and payment history.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on bdru are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may apply in addition to these general terms and are published within the relevant betting market or game interface.

  • Bet ConfirmationA bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message or notification within the bdru platform. Bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues, system errors or insufficient account balance are not valid and will not be honoured.
  • Bet SettlementBets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. For cricket, this includes but is not limited to ICC rulings, BPL official results and BCCI announcements for IPL markets. In the event of a dispute, bdru's decision regarding settlement is final.
  • Voided Betsbdru reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds, system malfunction or suspicious betting activity. In the event of a voided bet, the original stake is returned to the player's account.
  • Maximum PayoutMaximum payout limits per event, per market and per day apply and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. bdru reserves the right to cap winnings at the applicable maximum payout limit regardless of the stake placed or the odds at the time of bet placement.

6. Responsible Gaming

bdru is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available within your account settings.

  • Deposit LimitsPlayers may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately.
  • Self-ExclusionPlayers who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting bdru support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, no new bets may be placed and no promotional communications will be sent.
  • Minor ProtectionAccount holders must ensure that their device and account credentials are not accessible to persons under the age of 21. If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for enabling appropriate parental controls and logging out of your bdru account after each session.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdru platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform.

  • Fraud and CheatingAny attempt to defraud bdru or other players, including the use of software bots, artificial intelligence tools, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
  • Money LaunderingUsing bdru to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal or criminal activity is strictly prohibited. bdru cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in any investigation relating to financial crime.
  • ChargebacksInitiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to bdru while retaining the benefits of that deposit (e.g. bets placed or winnings received) constitutes a prohibited activity. Any confirmed chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure.
  • Offensive ConductAbusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise offensive conduct directed at bdru staff or other players via any communication channel — including live chat and support tickets — will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account suspension.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

bdru reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the circumstances described below.

  • Breach of TermsAny confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice. bdru will notify you of the breach and the action taken as soon as practicable following the suspension.
  • Voluntary ClosureYou may request permanent closure of your bdru account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
  • Dormant AccountsAn account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bdru may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform at the time. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if bdru has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdru does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages or force majeure events beyond bdru's reasonable control — including power failures, internet outages, natural disasters or regulatory interventions — may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. bdru will not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bdru reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — bdru will provide advance notice of no less than 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications of existing terms) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use: Continuing to use the bdru platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using bdru and may request account closure as described in Section 8.
